Can the yoga towel be washed well as a hygienic sports mat?

Our NirvanaShape yoga mat towel can be washed in the washing machine at up to 60°C. To protect the fibers, increase longevity and save energy, we highly recommend washing it at 30°C.

Can the yoga towel also be used for hot yoga?

Thanks to its high absorbency, our yoga mat towel is ideal for hot yoga. It is also easy to wash in the washing machine.

Is the NirvanaShape yoga towel non-slip?

The towel has nubs on the underside that prevent the towel from slipping off the yoga mat. Please note that the top of the towel is NOT non-slip. We also recommend using studded socks for better grip.

Can the NirvanaShape yoga towel also be used for other sports?

Yes, the towel is also suitable for other sports as a hygienic base for Pilates, fitness and meditation. Thanks to the non-slip underside and high absorbency, the yoga towel can be used in many different ways.

Can the NirvanaShape yoga towel also be used as a (travel) yoga mat?

Especially when camping, on the beach, on green meadows, if the ground is not too hard, you can also practice directly on the yoga towel without a yoga mat. It is not a travel yoga mat, but it is very compact and easy to store.
